| Non-Professional Usage-Based Pricing:
Usage-based rates are an alternative to monthly display charges. Vendor may cap at $1.00 the per-quote-packet charges payable for any month in respect of any customer that qualifies as a non-professional subscriber, regardless of how many quote-packets the customer may receive during the month. (A quote packet includes any data element or all data elements of a single issue. Last, open, high, low, volume, net change, bid, offer, size, and best bid and offer with size are examples of data elements. "NBR" is an example of a single issue. An index value is deemed to be a single issue data element.) Notice: Effective June 1, 2006, a twelve month pilot program will be in effect that will allow professionals to qualify for the Non-Professional Usage-Based Pricing. Capping will not be permitted for professionals. Please see Pilot Program - Professional Per Query for details on how to participate in this pilot program. |
