The American Stock Exchange will begin publishing the America's Fastest Growing Companies(TM) Index (ticker symbol: NDI) to market data vendors approximately every 15 seconds starting today, Monday, January 14, 2002.

America's Fastest Growing CompaniesTM Index (NDI)
The America's Fastest Growing Companies Index is a capitalization-weighted index of up to 500 stocks designed to serve as a benchmark for small-capitalization companies enjoying strong growth cycles. The NDI Index was reconstituted with a base value of 200.00 as of the close of trading on January 11, 2002.
