Extension of Transaction Fee Holiday for Trading of Nasdaq-100 Index Tracking Stock (QQQQ)

 
In conjunction with the transfer of QQQQ listing from American Stock Exchange (Amex) on December 1, 2004, the Amex instituted a Transaction Fee holiday for its QQQQ customers, specialist and market makers for the month of December 2004. The Exchange is extending the Transaction Fee holiday in QQQQ to the end of January 2005.
