Due to a system malfunction, the Amex Regulation SHO "threshold securities" list effective as of today, Thursday, June 22, 2006 (as calculated on Wednesday, June 21, 2006) was not published to the Amex website until 9:27 a.m. on June 22. Please be advised that, even though today's list was published today after 6 a.m., it must still be used (rather than any older list) as the day's list for the purpose of computations with respect to the 13-day close-out requirement of Rule 203(b)(3) of Regulation SHO. For purposes of today's trading, however, the list that was effective yesterday (as calculated on Wednesday, June 22, 2006) may be used.
