On March 27, 2007, The American Stock Exchange announced a final liquidating distribution for the Putnam California Investment Grade Municipal Trust (PCA) of $.8636 per share payable April 12, 2007 to shareholders of record March 26, 2007. Please be advised that the amount submitted by the Fund and announced by the Exchange was incorrect and represented a final dividend payment of $.8636 and not the liquidation payment. The final liquidating distribution amount payable upon surrender, and not by way of record/payment date, is $13.926129 per share PCA.
