With the holidays fast approaching, Amex employees, officers, Governors, Exchange Officials and committee members are reminded that the Amex Code of Conduct prohibits them from accepting cash and cash equivalents (e.g., gift certificates, theater and sporting event tickets), and imposes an annual limit of $100 on non-cash gifts from a single source. This includes gifts and gratuities from members and member organizations as well as any Amex issuer or any person with whom Amex transacts business. Amex employees, Governors, Exchange Officials and committee members are required to report business gifts and courtesies. Amex employees may do so online using the Amex Code of Conduct Compliance System (“CCCS”), available on AmexCentral. Amex Governors, Exchange Officials and committee members can report business gifts and gratuities to Del Quisumbing, Code of Conduct Administrator, via email at codeofconductamex@amex.com. All other Trading Floor personnel required to report business gifts and gratuities pursuant to Amex Rules 347 and 417 should do so by contacting the Office of the Secretary and refer to Amex Notice to Members dated December 12, 2007.
Please call extension 1881 or send an email to codeofconductamex@amex.com with any questions about this notice, or if you require assistance in completing the form.
