Due to a system malfunction, the Amex Regulation SHO "threshold securities" list effective as of today, Monday, February 26, 2007 (calculated based on settlement data received on Friday, February 23, 2007) was not published to the Amex website until 9:25 a.m. on February 26. Please be advised that, even though today's list was published today after 6:00 a.m., it must still be used (rather than any older list) as the day's list for the purpose of computations with respect to the 13-day close-out requirement of Rule 203(b)(3) of Regulation SHO. For purposes of today's trading, however, the list that was effective on Friday, February 23, 2007 (as calculated based on settlement data received on Thursday, February 22, 2007) may be used.
