The Amex will begin publishing several new index values on Monday, June 18, 2007 to support the new First Trust ETF which is anticipated to begin trading on Monday, June 18, 2007. Please refer to the attached FactSheet for more information.

**As of Monday, June 18, 2007, FVL will convert to and begin trading as an exchange-traded fund, First Trust Value Line 100 Exchange-Traded Fund, FVL.**
