FINRA Code of Arbitration Procedures

The Amex incorporates FINRA Code of Arbitration Procedure into its rules. FINRA is proposing the following change(s) to its Code of Arbitration Procedure. Members may wish to review and/or comment on the proposed change(s).

A proposed rule change (SR-FINRA-2008-031) has been filed by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority regarding a proposal to amend the arbitration Uniform Submission Agreement and related rules.
