This is to advise that a second information session regarding the completion of the Letter of Transmittal to convert your seat membership into NYSE Euronext shares will be held Monday, September 15, 2008 at 2:00 p.m in the Board Room of the American Stock Exchange at 86 Trinity Place. A representative from Computershare will be available to answer any questions you may have. The representative from Computershare will also be available to speak with seat owners individually to assist in the completion of the Letter of Transmittal.
