86 Trinity Permits - Information Sessions

There will be two information sessions on the temporary trading permits known as "86 Trinity Permits". As described in Amex Notice 2008-32, these permits will be necessary to ensure continuity of trading following the acquisition closing date. 1

The sessions will be held at the following dates and times:

Session #1: Thursday, August 21, 2008 at 4:15 p.m.
Session #2: Thursday, September 4, 2008 at 8:30 a.m.

Both sessions will be held in the Amex Boardroom at 86 Trinity Place, 14th Floor.
