Indications-of-interest (IOI) for Nasdaq securities trading on the
Amex pursuant to Unlisted Trading Privileges (UTP) will be posted from
approximately 9:15 a.m. as determined by the Amex on a daily
basis. Typically, IOI are posted when the specialist anticipates a
delayed opening, has an order imbalance, or expects a significant
price move at the open. IOI text files are available on a trailing
five business day basis. The drop-down menu excludes prior dates with
