Ivonne Natal is Senior Vice President of Human Resources at the American Stock Exchange. Ms. Natal directly supports and services Amex employees, and indirectly services Amex floor employees, members, and retirees, through the development, implementation, and compliance of employee relations policies regarding work environment, career development, staffing, diversity and benefits.
Since joining the Amex in August 1987, Ms. Natal has served as Special Counsel, Assistant General Counsel, Associate General Counsel, and most recently as Vice President in the Exchange's Office of General Counsel. In 2002, Ms. Natal was elected Antitrust Compliance Officer. Prior to joining the Amex, she worked as an Associate Attorney at Chadbourne & Parke, a midtown law firm.
Ms. Natal received a B.A. magna cum laude from Fordham University and a J.D. with two academic honors from Yale Law School.
