Antoine Shagoury has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer of the American Stock Exchange since August 2004. Prior to his appointment, Mr. Shagoury served as a senior advisor to the Exchange on advanced trading technology and provided counsel on key operational and technology planning activities.

Mr. Shagoury is responsible for the development of Exchange technology, directing the Amex efforts to advance its corporate, regulatory and trading technologies as well as support business development, market structure, and strategic planning initiatives. In 2007, he assumed responsibility for the Exchanges' facility Broker Dealer subsidiaries, Seamount Execution Services LLC and Seamount Trading LLC. Mr. Shagoury also manages the Exchange's NMS technology operations through the Securities Industry Automation Corporation (SIAC) and served on the SIAC Board of Directors through November 2006.

Prior to joining the Amex, Mr. Shagoury held various senior technology management positions for the preceding 10 years at Instinet Corporation, the most recent of which was Chief Technology Officer, Instinet Services, LLC. Throughout his tenure at Instinet, his responsibilities included technology acquisition due-diligence and strategic integration, global IT risk management, application and network development, and advanced client site engineering.

Mr. Shagoury received a Bachelor of Science degree from Rochester Institute of Technology.
