Paul Warner is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the American Stock Exchange, where he is responsible for all financial reporting, budgeting, taxation and treasury functions.
Prior to joining the Amex in July 2005, Mr. Warner was Director of Capital Markets Auditing at Freddie Mac in McLean, Virginia. For six years prior to joining Freddie Mac, Mr. Warner ran his own financial consulting practice, advising a number of large financial institutions in the New York area. Mr. Warner also served as the Chief Administrative Officer for CDC Capital, Inc. for almost five years and managed the Finance, Operations and Technology groups that supported five separate companies involved in asset management, securities brokerage, proprietary trading and structured products.
Mr. Warner received a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Brooklyn College and is a CPA in the State of New York.
