Clifford J. Weber is Executive Vice President of Development and Strategy at the American Stock Exchange. Mr. Weber oversees the ETF Marketplace, Structured Products, Equity Order Flow and Research and Strategy groups at the Amex. In his previous role, he was Senior Vice President of the Amex ETF Marketplace.
Mr. Weber joined the Amex in 1990 and has played a key role in the deployment and development of the Amex's successful ETF business. Prior to the Amex, Mr. Weber was an actuarial consultant at Kwasha Lipton, a New Jersey based employee benefits consulting firm.
Mr. Weber received a bachelor's degree in biochemistry from Dartmouth College and a master's degree in systems from the University of Pennsylvania.
