The members and employees of the American Stock Exchange welcome
Miss USA, Rachel Smith, as she rings the Opening Bell. Rachel, a Magna Cum Laude graduate at Belmont University, previously held the title of Miss Tennessee Teen USA in 2002. As Miss USA, Rachel will spend the next year advocating for the various causes of the Miss USA organization. These include breast and ovarian cancer education, research, and legislation.
