The Listed Private Equity Index is comprised of stocks of securities and American depositary receipts ("ADRs") of publicly listed private equity companies, including business development companies ("BDC") and other financial institutions or vehicles whose principal business is to invest in and lend capital to privately-held companies. Stocks in the Listed Private Equity Index will be selected by Red Rocks Capital Partners LLC.

The Adviser will seek to match the performance of the Progressive Energy Index. The Progressive Energy Index is a modified equal-weighted index composed of companies in transitional energy technologies significant in improving the use of fossil fuels and nuclear power.
