AMERICAN STOCK EXCHANGE LISTS MORGAN STANLEY’S 8% SPARQS LINKED TO INTEL CORPORATION

New York, June 24, 2008 - The American Stock Exchange® (Amex®) opened trading on Morgan Stanley’s 8% SPARQS Linked to Intel Corporation.

Priced at $11.18 per unit with an initial offer size of 1,197,462 units, this equity trades under the ticker symbol ADJ and has a maturity date of July 20, 2009.
