AMERICAN STOCK EXCHANGE LISTS SAFETY FIRST TRUST SERIES
2008-4’S PRINCIPAL-PROTECTED TRUST CERTIFICATES LINKED TO THE S&P 500 INDEX

New York, September 25, 2008 - The American Stock Exchange® (Amex®) opened trading on Safety First Trust Series 2008-4’s Principal-Protected Trust Certificates Linked to the S&P 500 Index.

Priced at $10.00 per unit with an initial offer size of 2,827,500 units, this equity trades under the ticker symbol AHY and has a maturity date of October 10, 2013.
