AMERICAN STOCK EXCHANGE LISTS SAFETY FIRST TRUST SERIES 2007-4 PRINCIPAL-PROTECTED TRUST CERTIFICATES LINKED TO A GLOBAL INDEX BASKET

New York, November 23, 2007 -The American Stock Exchange® (Amex®) opened trading today on Safety First Trust Series 2007-4 Principal-Protected Trust Certificates Linked to a Global Index Basket.

Priced at $10.00 per unit with an initial offer size of 5,331,000 units, this equity trades under the ticker symbol AKN and has a maturity date of May 23, 2013.
