AMERICAN STOCK EXCHANGE LISTS SAFETY FIRST TRUST SERIES 2008-2’S PRINCIPAL-PROTECTED TRUST CERTIFICATES LINKED TO THE S&P 500 INDEX

New York, June 25, 2008 - The American Stock Exchange® (Amex®) opened trading on Safety First Trust Series 2008-2’s Principal-Protected Trust Certificates Linked to the S&P 500 Index.

Priced at $10.00 per unit with an initial offer size of 3,163,400 units, this equity trades under the ticker symbol AMM and has a maturity date of July 11, 2013.
