AMERICAN STOCK EXCHANGE LISTS AB SVENSK EKPORTKREDIT’S (SWEDISH EXPORT CREDIT CORPORATION) ACCELERATED RETURN NOTES LINKED TO THE S&P 500 INDEX

New York, July 7, 2008 - The American Stock Exchange® (Amex®) opened trading on AB Svensk Ekportkredit’s (Swedish Export Credit Corporation) Accelerated Return Notes Linked to the S&P 500 Index.

Priced at $10.00 per unit with an initial offer size of 5,500,000 units, this equity trades under the ticker symbol AXF and has a maturity date of August 28, 2009.

The notes are issued by AB Svensk Ekportkredit (Swedish Export Credit Corporation). The Amex specialist unit is AGS/STR/OTA.
