AMERICAN STOCK EXCHANGE LISTS CITIGROUP FUNDING INC.’S BUFFER NOTES BASED UPON THE FINANCIAL SELECT SECTOR SPDR FUND

New York, August 26, 2008 - The American Stock Exchange® (Amex®) opened trading on Safety First Trust Series 2008-3’s Principal-Protected Trust Certificates Linked to a Global Index Basket. The basket is based on the S&P 500 Index, the Dow Jones EURO STOXX 50 Index, and the S&P BRIC 40 Index.

Priced at $10.00 per unit with an initial offer size of 2,154,000 units, this equity trades under the ticker symbol AHB and has a maturity date of September 12, 2013.
 
The notes are issued by Safety First Trust Series 2008-3. The Amex specialist unit is AGS/STR/OTA.
