AMERICAN STOCK EXCHANGE LISTS CITIGROUP FUNDING INC.’S BUFFER NOTES LINKED TO THE DOW JONES INDUSTRIAL AVERAGE

New York, April 25, 2008 - The American Stock Exchange® (Amex®) opened trading on Citigroup Funding Inc.’s Buffer Notes Linked to the Dow Jones Industrial Average.

Priced at $10.00 per unit with an initial offer size of 1,059,000 units, this equity trades under the ticker symbol BUN and has a maturity date of May 7, 2010.
 
The notes are issued by Citigroup Funding Inc. The Amex specialist unit is Bluefin Specialists, LLC.
