AMERICAN STOCK EXCHANGE LISTS UNITS OF CAPITOL ACQUISITION CORP. | ||
New York, November 8, 2007 — The American Stock Exchange® (Amex®) today listed the units of Capitol Acquisition Corp. under the ticker symbol CLA.U. The offering size is 25M units at $10.00 per unit for gross proceeds of $250M (excluding the underwriters’ over-allotment option). One unit equals one share of common stock and one warrant. Initially, the units will be the only security trading. The lead underwriter is Citigroup Global Markets, Inc. with Ladenburg Thalmann & Co. Inc. as co-manager. Capitol Acquisition Corp. is a newly organized company formed for the purpose of acquiring, through a merger, capital stock exchange, asset acquisition, stock purchase, reorganization, or other similar business combination, one or more operating business or assets.
