New York, May 7, 2007 — The American Stock Exchange® (Amex®) today listed the common stock of Crosshair Exploration and Mining Corp. under the ticker symbol CXZ. Crosshair Exploration and Mining Corp. is a uranium and gold exploration and development company principally engaged in the acquisition and exploration of mineral properties with select projects in Newfoundland and Labrador. “Crosshair’s listing on the American Stock Exchange represents an important milestone in the Company’s corporate development path,” says Mark J.
