AMERICAN STOCK EXCHANGE LISTS MORGAN STANLEY’S PLUS BASED ON THE DOW JONES INDUSTRIAL AVERAGE

New York, April 24, 2008 - The American Stock Exchange® (Amex®) opened trading on Morgan Stanley’s PLUS Based on the Dow Jones Industrial Average.

Priced at $10.00 per unit with an initial offer size of 1,483,000 units, this equity trades under the ticker symbol DCV and has a maturity date of May 20, 2009.
