AMERICAN STOCK EXCHANGE LIST COMMON STOCK OF DEBT RESOLVE, INC.

New York, November 1, 2006 -  The American Stock Exchange (Amex) today began trading Debt Resolve Inc., under the ticker symbol DRV.

Debt Resolve, Inc. is a development stage company providing a software solution to consumer lenders based on its licensed, proprietary DebtResolve system. The Company's Internet-based system facilitates the settlement and collection of defaulted consumer debt through the Internet.
