New York, May 23, 2008 - The American Stock Exchange® (Amex®) opened trading on Citigroup Funding Inc.’s 10% ELKS Based Upon Schlumberger Ltd.

Priced at $10.00 per unit with an initial offer size of 3,380,000 units, this equity trades under the ticker symbol EAP and has a maturity date of June 5, 2009.
