New York, June 24, 2008 - The American Stock Exchange® (Amex®) opened trading on Citigroup Funding Inc.’s 13.5% ELKS Based Upon Amazon.com, Inc.

Priced at $10.00 per unit with an initial offer size of 2,511,000 units, this equity trades under the ticker symbol EGJ and has a maturity date of July 9, 2009.
