New York, March 25, 2008 - The American Stock Exchange® (Amex®) opened trading on Citigroup Funding Inc.’s 11% ELKS Based Upon Celgene Corporation.

Priced at $10.00 per unit with an initial offer size of 2,962,000 units, this equity trades under the ticker symbol EHC and has a maturity date of April 06, 2009.
