AMERICAN STOCK EXCHANGE LISTS CITIGROUP FUNDING INC.’S 10.5% ELKS BASED UPON ORACLE CORPORATION

New York, December 19, 2007 - The American Stock Exchange® (Amex®) opened trading today on Citigroup Funding Inc.’s 10.5% ELKS Based Upon Oracle Corporation.

Priced at $10.00 per unit with an initial offer size of 4,052,000  units, this equity trades under the ticker symbol EJS and has a maturity date of January 8, 2009.
