New York, August 26, 2008 -The American Stock Exchange® (Amex®) opened trading on Citigroup Funding Inc.’s 8% ELKS Based Upon Exxon Mobil Corporation.

Priced at $10.00 per unit with an initial offer size of 6,221,000 units, this equity trades under the ticker symbol EKG and has a maturity date of September 04, 2009.
