AMERICAN STOCK EXCHANGE LISTS CITIGROUP FUNDING INC.’S 11.5% ELKS BASED UPON ADRs OF NOKIA CORPORATION

New York, July 25, 2008 - The American Stock Exchange® (Amex®) opened trading on Citigroup Funding Inc.’s 11.5% ELKS Based Upon ADRs of Nokia Corporation.

Priced at $10.00 per unit with an initial offer size of 1,730,000 units, this equity trades under the ticker symbol EKK and has a maturity date of August 06, 2009.
