New York, March 14, 2008 - The American Stock Exchange® (Amex®) opened trading on Citigroup Funding Inc.’s 8.5% ELKS Based Upon Exxon Mobil Corporation.

Priced at $10.00 per unit with an initial offer size of 5,665,000 units, this equity trades under the ticker symbol ESM and has a maturity date of March 25, 2009.
