AMERICAN STOCK EXCHANGE LISTS THE UNITS OF GOLDEN POND HEALTHCARE, INC. | ||
New York, November 7, 2007 — The American Stock Exchange® (Amex®) today listed the units of Golden Pond Healthcare, Inc. under the ticker symbol GPH.U. Golden Pond Healthcare, Inc. is a newly organized company formed for the purpose of acquiring through a merger, capital stock exchange, asset acquisition, stock purchase, reorganization or similar business combination one or more operating businesses. The Company intends to focus on the healthcare industry. Under certain circumstances the Company may consider a prospective target in another industry. The offer size is 15.625M units at $8.00 per unit for gross proceeds of $125M. Each unit is comprised of one share of common stock and one warrant. Initially, the units will be the only security trading.
