AMERICAN STOCK EXCHANGE TO TRADE OPTIONS ON GOOGLE INC.

New York, August 19, 2004 -  The American Stock Exchange (Amex) has announced it will allocate trading in Google Inc. options to AGS Specialist Partners. The Amex will provide full details of the options listing shortly.

The Amex anticipates initiating trading options on Google Inc., on Friday, August 27, pending certification to the Options Clearing Corporation (OCC).
