AMERICAN STOCK EXCHANGE LISTS UNITS OF SECURE AMERICA ACQUISITION CORPORATION

New York, October 24, 2007 — The American Stock Exchange® (Amex®) today lists the units of Secure America Acquisition Corporation under the ticker symbol HLD.U. The offering size is 10M units at $8.00 per unit for gross proceeds of $80M (excluding the underwriters’ over-allotment option). One unit equals one share of common stock and one warrant. Initially, the units will be the only security trading. SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, Inc. is lead underwriter on the IPO with Morgan Joseph as co-manager.

Located in Arlington, VA, Secure America Acquisition Corporation is a newly organized special purpose acquisition company formed with the purpose of effecting a merger, capital stock exchange, asset acquisition or other similar business combination with one or more businesses or assets in the homeland security industry, but not businesses that design, build or maintain mission-critical facilities.
