AMERICAN STOCK EXCHANGE LISTS UNITS OF INTER-ATLANTIC FINANCIAL, INC. | ||
New York, October 3, 2007 — The American Stock Exchange® (Amex®) today lists the units of Inter-Atlantic Financial, Inc. under the ticker symbol IAN.U. The offering size is 7.5M units at $8.00 per unit for gross proceeds of $60M (excluding the underwriters’ over-allotment option). One unit equals one share of common stock and one warrant. Initially, the units will be the only security trading. The IPO’s lead underwriter is Morgan Joseph & Co with Sandler O’Neill & Partners, L.P., Legend Merchant Group and GunnAllen Financial as co-managers.
