AMERICAN STOCK EXCHANGE LISTS COMMON STOCK OF ARCADIA RESOURCES INCORPORATED

New York, July 3, 2006 -  The American Stock Exchange (Amex) today listed the common stock of Arcadia Resources Incorporated under the ticker symbol KAD.
