AMERICAN STOCK EXCHANGE LISTS MERRILL LYNCH’S 12% CALLABLE STRIDES LINKED TO MONSANTO COMPANY

New York, March 20, 2008 - The American Stock Exchange® (Amex®) opened trading on Merrill Lynch’s 12% Callable STRIDES Linked to Monsanto Company.

Priced at $25.00 per unit with an initial offer size of 1,496,000 units, this equity trades under the ticker symbol MYX and has a maturity date of March 26, 2010.
