NEAL WOLKOFF TO ADDRESS INTELLECUTAL PROPERTY MARKETPLACE
Chairman and CEO of the American Stock Exchange to Speak at The Ocean Tomo Fall 2006 Live Intellectual Property Auction Gala

New York, October 17, 2006 -  Ocean Tomo Auctions, LLC - a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ocean Tomo, LLC, the country's leading intellectual capital merchant banc -- announced today that Neal Wolkoff, Chairman and CEO of the American Stock Exchange (Amex) will deliver the keynote address at the October 25th Gala Dinner and Charity Auction benefiting the American Intellectual Property Law Education Foundation (www.aiplef.org). The event is to be held in conjunction with The Fall 2006 Live Intellectual Property Auction at Capitale in New York City.

Mr. Wolkoff will speak on the topic of "Intellectual Property in the Financial Services Realm" to an audience that will include notable intellectual property stake-holders including: top IP professionals from a number of multi-national companies, C-level executives from small to mid-size enterprises, professional inventors and senior executives from leading investment banks.

Mr. Wolkoff was appointed to the post of Chairman and CEO of the American Stock Exchange in April 2005 after serving as Acting CEO. Previously, he served as chief operating officer of the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX). He has been a guest lecturer at Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs and has been a frequent public speaker on market issues and risk management at industry and government seminars. Mr. Wolkoff has also written editorials on Sarbanes Oxley that have been published in The Wall Street Journal and Financial Times.
