AMERICAN STOCK EXCHANGE LISTS UNITS OF PROSPECT ACQUISITION CORP.

New York, November 15, 2007 — The American Stock Exchange® (Amex®) today lists the units of Prospect Acquisition Corp. under the ticker symbol PAX.U. The offering size is 25,000,000 units at $10.00 per unit for gross proceeds of $250,000,000 (excluding the underwriters’ over-allotment option). Each unit consists of one share of common stock and one warrant. Initially, the units will be the only security trading. Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is lead underwriter on the IPO with Ladenburg Thalmann & Co. and I-Bankers Securities, Inc. as co-managers.

Prospect Acquisition Corp. was recently organized for the purpose of acquiring, or acquiring control of, through a merger, capital stock exchange, asset acquisition, stock purchase, reorganization or similar business combination, one or more businesses or assets with focus in the financial services industry.
