AMERICAN STOCK EXCHANGE LISTS THE COMMON SHARES OF PETROFLOW ENERGY LTD.

New York, July 14, 2008 — The American Stock Exchange® (Amex®) today lists the common shares of Petroflow Energy Ltd. under the ticker symbol PED. 

Petroflow Energy Ltd. is an oil and natural gas company involved in the exploration, development and production of oil and natural gas primarily in Oklahoma and Texas. The Company was formed pursuant to the Canada Business Corporations Act and became active in the oil and gas business in 2005.
