AMERICAN STOCK EXCHANGE LISTS CITIGROUP FUNDING INC.’S PACERS BASED UPON EBAY INC.

New York, November 27, 2007 -The American Stock Exchange® (Amex®) opened trading today on Citigroup Funding Inc.’s PACERS Based Upon eBay Inc.

Priced at $10.00 per unit with an initial offer size of 1,000,000  units, this equity trades under the ticker symbol PPK and has a maturity date of  June 2, 2009.
