AMERICAN STOCK EXCHANGE TO TRADE OPTIONS ON THREE PROSHARES EXCHANGE TRADED FUNDS

New York, November 2, 2007— The American Stock Exchange® (Amex®) will launch trading in options on Monday, November 5, 2007 on the following Amex-listed ProShares exchange traded funds:

• UltraShort Dow30 ProShares (Amex: DXD)
• UltraShort Oil & Gas ProShares (Amex: DUG)
• Ultra Dow30 ProShares (Amex: DDM)

UltraShort Dow30 ProShares options will open with position limits of 25,000,000 shares.  The options will trade on the January expiration cycle. The specialist will be AGS/STR/OTA. UltraShort Dow30 ProShares is an exchange traded fund incorporated in the USA.  The Fund seeks daily investment results that correspond to twice (200%) the inverse (opposite) of the Daily performance of the Dow Jones Industrial Average.

UltraShort Oil & Gas ProShares options will open with position limits of 5,000,000 shares.  The options will trade on the January expiration cycle. The specialist will be AGS/STR/OTA. UltraShort Oil & Gas ProShares is an exchange traded fund incorporated in the USA.  The Fund seeks daily investment results that correspond to twice (200%) the inverse (opposite) of the Daily performance of the Dow Jones U.S. Oil & Gas Index.

Ultra Dow30 ProShares options will open with and position limits of 5,000,000 shares.  The options will trade on the January expiration cycle. The specialist will be AGS/STR/OTA. UltraShort Dow30 ProShares is an exchange traded fund incorporated in the USA.  The Fund seeks daily investment results that correspond to twice (200%) the daily performance of the Dow Jones Industrial Average.
