AMERICAN STOCK EXCHANGE LISTS MERRILL LYNCH’S CAPPED LEVERAGED INDEX RETURN NOTES LINKED TO THE RUSSELL 2000 INDEX

New York, July 7, 2008 -The American Stock Exchange® (Amex®) opened trading on Merrill Lynch’s Capped Leveraged Index Return Notes Linked to the Russell 2000 Index.

Priced at $10.00 per unit with an initial offer size of 1,870,000 units, this equity trades under the ticker symbol RHQ and has a maturity date of January 20, 2010.
 
The notes are issued by Merrill Lynch. The Amex specialist unit is Bluefin Specialist, LLC.
