AMERICAN STOCK EXCHANGE LISTS MERRILL LYNCH’S ACCELERATED RETURN
NOTES LINKED TO THE S&P 100 INDEX

New York, November 5, 2007 - The American Stock Exchange® (Amex®) opened trading today on Accelerated Return Notes Linked to the S&P 100 Index.

Priced at $10 per unit with an initial offer size of 12,110,000 units, this equity trades under the ticker symbol RZI and has a maturity date of January 21, 2009.
 
The notes are issued by Merrill Lynch. The Amex specialist unit is LaBranche Products, LLC.
