AMERICAN STOCK EXCHANGE LISTS CITIGROUP FUNDING INC.’S
STOCK MARKET UPTURN NOTES BASED UPON THE DOW JONES EURO STOXX 50 INDEX

New York, October 26, 2007 —The American Stock Exchange® (Amex®) opened trading today on Citigroup Funding Inc.’s Stock Market Upturn Notes Based Upon the Dow Jones EURO STOXX 50 Index.

Priced at $10.00 per unit with an initial offer size of 4,094,000 units, this equity trades under the ticker symbol SOG and has a maturity date of February 6, 2009.
 
The notes are issued by Citigroup Funding Inc. The Amex specialist unit is Bluefin Specialists, LLC.
